New Samaritan Parkville

New Samaritan Parkville is a 22-unit affordable apartment community for residents aged 62 and older. Located in Hartford next to a grocery store and CTfastrak station. The building is three floors with apartments starting on the second with an elevator to access each floor. All units feature seamless vinyl flooring throughout and a shower with no threshold. The Security System is by key for all the exterior doors and individual apartment keys. The building is locked, and visitors can call residents from the front lobby. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted gross income and include heat, hot water, and electricity. Residents are responsible for telephone and cable.
