All apartments include:

• A full kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator
• Full bathroom with tub or shower
• Individual thermostat controls
• Window Coverings (blinds or curtain rods)
• Cable television outlets
• Emergency call system
• Hard-wired smoke detectors
• Some units are fully accessible

Hearth Homes is a housing facility for the elderly. The head or co-head of the household must be 62 years of age or older. There is one building of seven stories with 41 one bedroom apartments. There are five units adapted for persons with disabilities. All other units are adaptable if needed. The approximate size of a unit is 536 square feet.

Hearth Homes is managed by Elderly Housing Management, Inc. and owned by Hearth Homes, Inc.. The facility is financed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through its 202 PRAC Program, and as such follows the regulations of that Agency, including income restrictions.

All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include all utilities except telephone, cable TV and air conditioning.
