- Physical property management and maintenance through on-site staff

Additionally, EHM emphasizes maintaining the quality of resident lives through resident service coordination services which enable residents to age in place safely and successfully. Elderly Housing Management, Inc., (EHM) is a tax exempt organization that manages primarily non-profit low and moderate-income elderly housing complexes.
The majority of the management portfolio consists of properties funded primarily with mortgage financing from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); the US Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA-RD); the Internal Revenue Service Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC), State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
